USER MANUAL LiFEPO4 51.2V/5.1KWh & 10.2KWh Batteries 2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION This battery belongs to the Lithium-Ion group, specifically the LiFePO4 type (Lithium Iron Phosphate, abbreviated as LFP). This is the safest type of Lithium battery, but all safety, storage, and operation regulations must be followed to avoid overheating, fire, and/or explosions.
USER MANUAL LiFEPO4 51.2V/5.1KWh & 10.2KWh Batteries ADDRESS DIP SWITCH (ADD): When connecting batteries in parallel, each battery must have a unique address defined by ADD Dip Switch, according to the following table: ADD Setting ADD Setting ADD Setting NOTES: Battery Module with ADD Setting=1 is the Master Battery Module, capable of communicating with the inverter.

Storage at 40ºC: Recharge once every 3 months. This product passes the certifications of the UN38.3 and belongs to class 9 dangerous goods.

BATTERY RECHARGE This kind of battery is designed to replace VRLA batteries, but it is mandatory that the chargers used to recharge these batteries have the appropriate technology (constant current chargers in the "bulk" phase) and must be configurable to adjust their charging parameters (voltages and currents) for this type of lithium battery.
USER MANUAL LiFEPO4 51.2V/5.1KWh & 10.2KWh Batteries CHARGING CURRENT FOR XMART LIFEPO4 51.2V – 5.1KWh/100AH & 10.2KWh/200AH BATTERIES The maximum charging current depends on the environment temperature. It is important to adjust the charger's maximum current depending on the site temperature. When in doubt or in environments with variable temperatures, it is recommended to be conservative and use the lower current.

USER MANUAL LiFEPO4 51.2V/5.1KWh & 10.2KWh Batteries - Fix wall mounting bracket to the wall and fasten the screw head of the expansion bolts - Use a proper hammer to fit the expansion bolt into the holes. The screw head protuberance could interfere with the battery cabinet.

Red arrows point to screws. - Drill 8 pcs Φ10 *110mm holes on the wall, according to dimensions in the image on the right.

For details about the inverter installation, refer to the inverter User Manual. - Make sure the battery breaker is in off condition.

COMMUNICATION WITH INVERTERS The T568B communication cable included with your battery is designed to interconnect batteries through their Link-Out and Link-In ports, allowing their BMS units to communicate and coordinate parallel operation. To connect an individual battery or the Master Battery in a parallel system to a Xmart inverter with a DC voltage compatible with BM-LFP-WALL-51.2V batteries, the T568B cable must be modified to make one end compatible with the inverter's BMS port.
