Mezzz 1.4
Mezzz + vidOS = Portable HD Video Synth System
Mezzz is a gestural handheld wireless BLE MIDI controller with haptics that
can controll any class-compliant music/video software.
vidOS is a hardware-enabled app for abstract 3D video synthesis.
Together they make a powerful, easy to use video synthesizer system that
you can use to make mesmerizing visuals almost anywhere!
Getting Connected
1. Turn on the Mezzz by flipping the power switch.
2. Make sure your Bluetooth is switched ON
3. Open up the sleepy vidOS app to connect automatically ( or find your device/app's Bluetooth MIDI Setup Menu and hit connect )
The controller will vibrate and the center LED will start to glow white when a connection is made successfully.

Gesture Control
Hold L + R (Grab) - Gyro ON/OFF
Center LED is Red - 4D rotation data is
being sent over sysex to vidOS. This
controls the orientation of the shape on
screen.

Haptic Knobs
8x encoders with haptic "ticks".
Mezzz vibrates when a value is changed
successfully and does not make this "tick"
when you have reached the max/min of
the midi value.
By default the knobs are indexed from the
bottom in CCW direction. This means that
each page offsets the CC index by 8.
