    USING YOUR ELECTRIC BELT Ensure you remove all packaging and inspect for damage prior to use. If damage is found do not use the appliance. 1. Secure the detachable power cord to the belt if not already attached. 2. Position the belt around your waist and using the securing straps, ensure the belt is comfortably placed.

Note: If you choose to use this appliance for an extended period of time, such as when falling asleep, the low setting (1) should be used in order to avoid conditions such as skin burns and/or heat stroke.
