ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Take the lamp out and lay it on a smooth surface.
2. Remove the parts from the packaging.
3. The tension of the arms can be adjusted by tightening or loosening the friction knobs on the
arms. The knob should be adjusted on a regular basis or after extended use to insure proper tension
is maintained in the arms.
4. Plug-into wall outlet.
5. Turn on the switch located on the cord of the lamp.
Maintenance
Clean with a damp cloth. Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaners.
LED Module Replacement
If the LED module is damaged, the luminaire should be destroyed.
