    Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Verwenden Sie die Tischbohrmaschine, nachfolgend Gerät genannt, bestimmungsgemäß. Die Betriebssicherheit des Gerätes ist nur bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung entspre- chend der Angaben in der Bedienungsanleitung gewährleistet. Jede über die bestimmungs- gemäße Verwendung hinausgehende, andersartige Verwendung des Gerätes gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.

Allgemein • Verwenden Sie das Gerät, Zubehör und Werkzeuge entsprechend diesen Anwei- sungen.

    Vor der Inbetriebnahme Montage des Bohrmaschinenfußes • Legen Sie sich die Bodenplatte (1) zurecht. • Befestigen Sie die Säule (2) mit Flansch mit den bei- liegenden Schrauben (3). • Fixieren Sie die Schrauben mit einer Ratsche entspre- chender Größe. Teile der Lieferung könen ölig sein. Entfernen Sie das Öl nicht.

    Montage der Motoreinheit • Montieren Sie die Motoreinheit. • Schieben Sie die Einheit über die Säule. • Fixieren Sie die Einheit auf der Säule mit den Fixier- schrauben (16) an der Seite. Abb. 6 Montage der Griffe • Schrauben Sie die 3 mitgelieferten Griffe (9) in den Griffhalter.

    • Zum Schluss setzen Sie den kompletten Bohrkopf mit Bohrfutter in die Bohrspin- del an den Maschinenkopf (6). • Richten Sie den Bohrkopf senkrecht mit der Bodenplatte aus. Abb. 8 Das Bohrfutter wird mittels Kraftschlussverbindung fixiert. Es ist kein Gewinde vor- handen.

    Aufstellen des Geräts Vor der Inbetriebnahme muss das Gerät stationär auf einen festen Untergrund montiert werden. Verwenden Sie dazu die beiden Befestigungsbohrungen (12) in der Bodenplatte. Für den Bohrerwechsel kann der Späneschutz (13) nach oben geklappt werden, vor dem Einschalten des Gerätes ist der Späneschutz (13) aber wieder in seine Ausgangsposition zu bringen.

    Allgemeines über das Wechseln des Bohrers Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker vor allen Bohewechseln. • Spannen Sie ausschließlich zylindrische Bohrer mit dem angegebenen maximalen Schaftdurchmesser ein.Siehe Technische Daten. Verletzungsgefahr! Nur einwandfreies und scharfes Werkzeug benutzen. Keine Werkzeuge benutzen, die am Schaft beschädigt sind oder sonst in irgendeiner Weise verformt oder beschädigt sind.

    Ein Werkstück einspannen Spannen Sie Werkstücke grundsätzlich mit Hilfe eines Maschinenschraubstocks oder mit geeignetem Spannmittel fest ein. Werkstücke nie von Hand halten!
