    About the Machine The recovery RE-CO2 320V2 is especially designed to be connected with a Cold Jet Pelletizer or a line control unit. The machine can operate with different multiple pelletizer brands. This technology is the subject of Patent application No. 0408224.4.

    SAFETY REGULATIONS General Measures The manual contains instructions for starting up, operating, and servicing the machine. The operator must follow all the instructions in this manual. The owner must make sure that the operator understands the contents of this manual and follows its guidelines and safety regulations.

    Safety Labels The symbols used on the machine were developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and are defined below. These symbols may include yellow warnings triangles, blue mandatory action circles, or red prohibited action circles. Danger of Suffocation The recovery unit coverts gas CO to liquid CO in a closed system.
  • Page 9 Danger of Congelation The gaseous and liquid CO has a temperature down to -25° C (-13° F). The operator should be aware of the congestion with piping and elements inside the machine. Most pipes are insulated to keep the CO cold, but also work as safety protection.

    The RE-CO is controlled from a HMI screen either in a connected pelletizer (Cold Jet PR350H or PR750H), a control box or a line control. The front of the electrical cabinet and the pressure gauge panel include the following functions.

    ALARM MESSAGES Alarms will be shown on the HMI controlling the recovery unit. In the alarm list the action needed to be taken can be found. To access the alarm page press the alarm at the top, or by pressing the alarms bottom at the control panel to the right.

    MAINTENANCE Accessing the equipment by unauthorized or untrained individuals can lead to physical injury or damage to property. The system consists of two separate sub-systems. The CO sub-system is cooled by R452A refrigerant. Due to the environmental impact of R452A, repair of the refrigeration parts must be conducted only by suitably trained, equipped and authorized personnel.
