Pull the folding handle upwards until there is a click sound, andpull the folding handle to confirm whether it is locked. 2.Manually connect the fixing seat and the wire in the front tube.and check whether it is turned on normally. 3.Insert the fixing seat into the front tube, and use a T-shapeAllen Key to tighten the six screws.
