PRODUCT WARRANTY WARRANTY CONDITIONS SolMate® comes with a 2-year warranty. Additional product and performance warranties apply to individual components and are guaranteed by the respective manufacturer. HOW DO I KNOW IF SOLMATE® IS TURNED ON? To check whether SolMate® is turned on or off, briefly press the button and observe the status LED. If the status LED lights up, SolMate® is operating. If it does not light up, the system is turned off.

Use the side rotary switch to select the operating mode. When the switch is set to 12 o’clock (pointing upwards), the system is in grid operation mode. To allow you to monitor and control SolMate® anytime, anywhere, we developed the MySolMate app. The app lets you customize and configure SolMate® to suit your needs. It shows you real-time data on how much power your panels are generating, how much solar energy is being fed into your household, and even allows you to set a minimum battery level.

If you have a large, constant consumer on a different phase, you can use the MySolMate app to set a constant base load, ensuring that SolMate® always feeds in a corresponding amount of power. This effectively bypasses the phase balancing issue!
