I am trying to setup my Tablet EID-9000(947) but my phone is not compatabile to download the instructions. I am stuck at find this name on your device! What do I do now?
To set up the Emerson EID-9000 tablet without using your phone:
1. Connect to Wi-Fi: Go to Wi-Fi settings. Tap the network name and enter the password. If you don’t know it, ask the network owner. The tablet will connect automatically in the future.
2. Set Date & Time: When connected to the internet, turn on “Automatic date & time” so the device sets the correct time.
3. Download Apps: Only download apps from trusted sources. Users are responsible for what they install.
4. Troubleshooting:
- If the tablet won’t power on, connect the power cable and wait a few minutes. If still not working, contact Naxa Tech Support.
- If USB connection fails, check the cable and make sure it's not damaged.
