To fix a temperature control issue on your Antarctic Star JC-128VEX-F that is freezing up, follow these steps:

1. Check the Temperature Setting: Ensure the temperature is not set too low. The adjustable range is 32ºF to 61ºF. Use the control panel to increase the temperature setting in 1ºF increments.

2. Adjust the Temperature:
- Press the control pad to activate the panel.
- After the beep, use the up or down pad to change the temperature.
- Confirm the setting by pressing the control panel pad again.

3. Check for Proper Installation: Ensure the unit is installed according to the manual and the plug is properly grounded.

4. Avoid Using Extension Cords: This can negatively affect performance.

5. Inspect the Door Seal: Make sure the door closes fully and seals properly to avoid overcooling.

If the issue continues, contact customer service or a certified technician, as unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.
