CV 350 Sweeper Quick Start Guide 10 Points for Maximum Sweeper Cleaning Effectiveness Make sure that that the mesh panels (x3) inside the hopper are clean for maximum suction. Make sure that the hopper seals are clean and secured tight with the hopper lid closed fully for maximum suction.

CV Sweeper Quick Start Guide After preparing the machine and making sure that the isolator switch at the back of the machine is switched on, get in using the 3 point contact method. Get comfortable, and put on your seat belt. Lower both armrests (5).

The windscreen can be cleared by the wipers (5) and cleaned with washer fluid (4). Use the indicator stalk (6) to turn on position lights, head lights, and turn signals. Make sure that the side mirrors are positioned correctly.

Operating the Pressure Washer In the Cab Shut down Auto Start (1). Activate the BSS (Bypass Seat Switch), push the button (4) on the control monitor until the BSS turns yellow. With the engine running, set the engine speed (2) to its minimum (idle). Turn the suction fan (rear hydraulic pump) potentiometer (3) down to its minimum.

Operating the Pressure Washer In the Cab Set the engine speed (1) to 1400 rpm. Turn on the rear hydraulic pump (2) on the roof panel which will now power the pressure washer. Operating the Wander Hose Preparation Shut down Auto Start (1)and turn off the rear hydraulic pump (2) if it is on. Depending on the material to be vacuumed, a low suction fan speed (5) may be sufficient. With the hopper fully lowered, remove the wander hose mouthpiece (3) from the back of the machine.

Operating the Wander Hose Preparing the Hopper Following the hopper operation instructions, tip the hopper partially (a maximum of 25mm or 1 inch) and attach the hopper inlet seal plate (1) to the top of the suction hose. This blocks the inlet of the hopper.
