195_7000). Kit content The LAN connection kit 250.0180 contains this manual with instructions and all additional cables to set up the communication with the PC. Most PC’s are equipped with only one LAN-port, and as this will be used to connect with the ALEXYS system, an additional USB-LAN adapter is provided with this kit to be able to stay connected to the net. -

To enable communication between the computer and the instruments through the switch, the IP address of the LAN port should first be set to the same first set of numbers. - Page 9 Installation 4.
