Wearing

Position the round part of the earbud towards your ear canal and gently clip it onto your ear. There's no need to worry about it falling off—you can adjust the position up or down to your liking.

Pairing

First-time Pairing

Open the charging case, search for "Amazfit UP" in your phone's Bluetooth list, and click to complete the Bluetooth pairing.

Repairing

1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.
2. Press and hold the button on the back of the charging case for 2 seconds until the indicator light starts flashing.
3. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone, find and select "Amazfit UP" to connect.

TIPS: Amazfit UP can connect to up to two devices simultaneously.

Charging

Please use a Type-C cable for charging.

1. Charging case charging: After the charging case is connected to the power supply, when the indicator light on the charging case turns orange, and the orange light will remain on during charging, the white light will remain on for 10 seconds after being fully charged and then turn off.
   
2. Charging the earphones: Put the earphones into the charging case and cover the lid to start charging. The indicator light flashes once and goes out after 5 seconds. When the battery is sufficient, it shows a white light, and when the battery is below 20%, it shows an orange light.
   

Controlling

Light dedicate

1. When you remove or insert the earbuds into the charging case, the indicator light will turn on for 5 seconds. A white light indicates that the battery is sufficient, while a orange light means the earbuds' battery is low.
2. If the charging case shows an orange light, it means the battery is low. Please use a Type-C cable to charge it until the red light turns off, indicating that it's fully charged.
3. Press and hold the button on the back of the charging case for 2 seconds, and the indicator light will flash, indicating that the earbuds are in pairing mode. When the Bluetooth pairing is successful, the indicator light will turn off.

Zepp Flow

Connect the smartwatch

1. Press the button on the charging case to put the earbuds into pairing mode.
2. Search for "Amazfit UP" in the watch's Bluetooth settings and connect.
   
3. Enable the Auto-reconnect feature to allow the watch to connect with the earbuds at any time.
   

Install the Zepp Flow app

1. Open the Zepp app.
2. In the app store, download and install the Zepp Flow app for the watch.
   

Wake up Zepp Flow

1. Wake up the watch using the button.
   When the Amazfit UP is connected to the watch, press any button on the device three times to wake up Zepp Flow on the watch. (This feature is supported only by the Trex3 watch.)
2. Open the Zepp Flow app on the watch.
   You can click and open the Zepp Flow app from the watch's app list.
   

Interact with Zepp Flow

Wake up the Zepp Flow app to start interacting with it.
