Pairing and Troubleshooting
Pre-Paired Earbuds
The earbuds come pre-paired, so manual pairing is
not necessary upon receipt.
Automatic Pairing
If the earbuds don't pair automatically (both flashing
green and white lights), do the following:
• Place both earbuds in the charging case.
• Remove them from the case. They will pair
automatically without further action.
Successful Connection Indicators
• Left Earbud: White light flashes slowly.
• Right Earbud: Alternating green and white lights.
Troubleshooting Pairing Issues
• If pairing fails, return the earbuds to the charging
case and repeat the steps.
No Sound Issue
If one earbud has no sound
• Turn off Bluetooth on your phone.
• Place the earbuds back in the case.
• Remove them again. They should pair successfully
within 10 seconds with a continuous white light.
