I heard a pop sound during playing music and now there’s no sound coming out of the device. The keyboard still has power. There is no function key and no reset key.

A pop sound when turning the keyboard on or off is normal and not a cause for concern. If the keyboard stops producing sound despite having power, check the following:
1. Ensure the main volume is not set too low. 2. Check if headphones are plugged into the Phones jack, as this mutes the speakers. 3. If the issue persists, try resetting the keyboard by holding the Function button and pressing the Factory Reset key (C7).
