  • Page 16 Operation in barns with sand bedding The Discovery Collector can be used in barns with sand bedding only when a Lely Sand flush is installed. The effectiveness of manure suction depends on several factors, including the amount and type of sand on the floor, moisture content, manure consistency, air temperature, and humidity.
