OPERATING INSTRUCTION Before Using the appliance for the First Time 1. Remove all packaging materials from your stand mixer. Be sure all parts have been included before discarding any packaging materials. You may want to keep the box and packing materials for use at a later date. 2.

9. Plug the Kitchen Mixer into the power outlet. 10. Speed Selector should always be set on MIN speed for starting, then gradually moved to your desired higher speed to avoid splashing ingredients out of Mixing Bowl. 3. When mixing food such a butter with egg or flour, pieces of vegetables and fruits, use the Mixing Beater. 4. When mixing liquid foods such as eggs, milk, water ect., use the Egg Whisk. To Whisk eggs, the suggested maximum amounts of eggs are 14 x regular size eggs. The suggested minimum amounts of eggs are 3 x regular size eggs.
MIXING GUIDE The following mixing guide is a suggestion for selecting mixing speeds. Begin on Speed MIX and increase to desired speed, depending on the recipe consistency. Dough Hook Tips Dough Hook is for recipes that requires kneading. The Mixer Head locks down for thorough mixing. When mixing thin batters, use MID speed and frequently stop the Mixer to scrape the sides of the Mixing Bowl with a spatula. Place liquid ingredients in the Mixing Bowl first and then add dry ingredients.
CARE & CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS Care and Cleaning 1. Unplug the appliance and wait for it completely cool down before cleaning. Ensure the Speed Selector is set to OFF. CAUTION: Do not immerse the appliance, cord or plug in water or any other liquid. 2.
TROUBLE SHOOTING Problem Possible cause/ Solution Food is not mixed. Place liquid ingredients in mixing bowl before adding dry ingredients. Stop mixer and scrape sides of Mixing Bowl. Increase the speed. Food splatters during Mixtures containing large amounts of liquid ingredients mixing.
