SAFETY Never attempt to repair, lubricate, adjust, clean, remove obstructions or perform any other type of service to any component while the Snow Plow is in motion or while the engine is running. Completely shut down the engine and wait for all motion to come to a complete stop before servicing the Snow Plow.
SAFETY TRANSPORTING SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND PRACTICES Transport the Truck, Power Unit, and Snow Plow only at safe speeds. Serious accidents and injuries can result from driving this equipment at unsafe speeds. Become familiar with the driving characteristics of the equipment and how it handles before operating or transporting on streets and highways.
SAFETY PARTS INFORMATION PARTS INFORMATION Alamo Industrial mowers use balanced and matched system components for blade carriers, blades, cuttershafts, knives, knife hangers, rollers, drivetrain components, and bearings. These parts are made and tested to Alamo Industrial specifications. Non-genuine "will fit" parts do not consistently meet these specifications.
NOTE: Alamo Industrial supplies safety decals on this product to promote safe operation. Damage to the decals may occur while in shipping, use, or reconditioning. Alamo Industrial cares about the safety of its customers, operators, and bystanders, and will replace the safety decals on this product in the field, free of charge (Some shipping and handling charges may apply).

The Snow Blade must not be used by minors, untrained and unqualified personnel. This equipment must be only installed on the Traxx radio controlled machine sold by Alamo Industrial. For the purpose of this Alamo Industrial equipment, the following definitions apply.

OPERATION ALAMO INDUSTRIAL TRAXX SNOW BLADE OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS ALAMO INDUSTRIAL TRAXX Snow Blades are manufactured with quality material by skilled workers. These snow blades are designed for removing accumulations of snow from driveways, barnyards, roadways, and parking lots. It is the operator’s responsibility to be knowledgeable of all potential operating hazards and to take every reasonable precaution to ensure oneself, others, animals, and property are not injured or damaged by the Snow Blade, or TRAXX RF.
OPERATION 1. STANDARD EQUIPMENT & SPECIFICATIONS SPECIFICATIONS Weight 271 lbs. (123kg) 2. CONNECTING THE SNOW BLADE TO THE TRAXX RF Use extreme caution when connecting the snow blade to the TRAXX RF. The snow blade should be securely resting at ground level. Keep hands and feet out from under the snow blade and clear of pinch points between the TRAXX RF and snow blade.

OPERATION 2.1 Connecting the Snow Blade to the TRAXX RF 1. Align the TRAXX RF until the TRAXX mounting plate (a) is centered and parallel to the turbine plate (b). 2. Lower the TRAXX plate, move forward slowly until the two blades are in contact with one another and lift the TRAXX plate until the turbine plate is completely hooked.
OPERATION NOTE: To tilt the blade to the left or to the right, use the switch (f) of the remote control. Before connecting the snow blade pipes, carefully clean all quick disconnect. The introduction of foreign bodies in the circuit can cause pump breakage. 3.
MAINTENANCE All maintenance, cleaning and repairing operations must be carried out when the engine is turned off and the security key is removed. Before performing any cleaning or maintenance operations, wait for the machine and equipment to cool down. Before any working day, check the machine is in good condition, the wear and tear of the machine and its hydraulic hoses, that there is no oil spill and that all safety decals are perfectly intact and readable.
