Disclaimer
Thank you for selecting Himax product. Please read this manual carefully prior to use. A
rotatory blade may result in injury or damage to creatures and devices. Please abide by the
instructions in this manual to install and use the product. We assume no responsibility or
liability resulted from misuse of the product.
Features
 New generation 32bit micro processor and official BLHeli_S firmware, quick throttle response and
superb performance compared to widely used classic 8bit ESCs.
 Strong 5.6V 4A BEC to supply abundant power to new generation digital servos and electronics.
 One physical button to change the propeller rotation modes for 3D and 4D airplanes. Press and
hold the button for 10 seconds to change the rotation mode.
 Small size and light weight, best for 3D and 4D indoor competition foamy airplanes.
 Open source BLHeli_S firmware can be upgraded via the throttle signal line. Parameter settings can
be easily changed with BLHeli Suite program.
 Damped light mode makes motor deceleration faster when the throttle changes from high to low.
The stability and swiftness are also significantly improved.
 Support common PWM throttle mode, OneShot125、OneShot42, MultiShot, and DShot150/ 300/
600 protocols.
 Suitable for high KV brushless motors commonly used in push airplanes which many classic ESCs do
not work well.

Please remove propeller before throttle calibration to avoid accidents!
Do not calibrate throttle range if the input signal is set in Dshot
Warnings and Important Notes
 Make sure all wires and connectors are securely soldered and installed. Confirm no cold
soldering nor loose connectors before power up.
 Confirm polarities of battery and ESC before power on the ESC.
 Motor rotation can be changed by swap two random motor wires.
 Do not block rotation of the motor. In case a motor is blocked or in a crash, low the throttle
stick immediately.
 Keep the ESC ventilated. Accumulated heat may lead to overheat and malfunction of the
product.
 Keep away from a rotation propeller. It may cut body parts and cause injury and damages.
 Remove installed propeller before throttle calibration to avoid accidents!
 Once the ESC is powered on, a preset input throttle signal protocol is detected, and the ESC
will operate in the corresponding throttle mode.
 If an ESC is installed for the first time, or an electronic component such as motor has been
changed, a throttle calibration is highly recommended for best throttle response. Please skip
this step if input signal is set in DShot mode by a user.
