Als het product niet goed functioneert, gevallen of beschadigd is, gebruik het product dan niet en raadpleeg onze klantenservice.

Indien er onderdelen en/ of accessoires ontbreken, informeer dan onmiddellijk de desbetreffende distributeur. Als het product beschadigd lijkt, dien dan onmiddellijk een klacht in bij de vervoerder en verstrek de distributeur een gedetailleerde beschrijving van de schade.

  • Page 8 A T H L E T I C Gebruik Hoe te gebruiken 1. Plaats het product horizontaal op een effen en stabiele ondergrond in de bijbehorende dumbbell standaard (figuur 1). 2. Draai het handvat met de klok mee om het gewicht te verhogen (maximaal 18 kg).

    A T H L E T I C Nederlands Gevallen of vastzittende gewichtsschijven? 1. Plaats de dumbbell voorzichtig op de grond. 2. Druk met een schroevendraaier op de aangegeven veersleutel van het handvat (figuur 4) en draai tegelijkertijd aan het handvat tot dat de gewichtsaanduiding 1.5 kg aangeeft.

    A T H L E T I C Reiniging en onderhoud Reiniging 1. Het product kan enkel met de hand worden schoongemaakt. 2. Gebruik enkel een zachte doek en maak deze licht vochtig. Droog het product vervolgens voorzichtig af. 3. Gebruik NOOIT agressieve reinigingsmiddelen, alcohol of andere chemische oplossingen.

    A T H L E T I C Nederlands Opslag Bewaar het product binnen op een droge en schone plek die niet wordt blootgesteld aan direct zonlicht en niet in extreem hoge of lage temperaturen. Reinig het product voordat deze wordt opgeslagen. Bewaar het product te allen tijde uit de buurt van kinderen en/of huisdieren.

  • Page 17 A T H L E T I C English Usage How to use 1. Place the product horizontally on a flat and stable surface in the included dumbbell stand (Fig 1). 2. Turn the handle clockwise to increase the weight (up to 18 kg). Turn the handle counterclockwise to decrease the weight (1.5 kg minimum).

    A T H L E T I C Dropped or stuck weight plates? 1. Carefully place the dumbbell on the floor. 2. Using a screwdriver, press the indicated spring key on the handle (Fig 4) and simultaneously turn the handle until the weight indicator reads 1.5 kg.

    A T H L E T I C English Maintenance and cleaning Cleaning 1. The product can only be cleaned by hand. 2. Use only a soft cloth and slightly moisten it. Then dry the product gently. 3. NEVER use aggressive cleaning agents, alcohol or other chemical solutions.
