Using the Earbuds
Charging the battery
Fully charge the battery before using the earbuds for the first time or when they have been unused for extended periods. The earbuds will power on while charging. When the battery is completely discharged, it needs at least 10 minutes to start working. Check the direction of each earbud, insert them into the corresponding slots, and then connect the charger.
The charging case has a built-in battery that is charged along with the earbuds. You can charge the earbuds by placing them into the charging case without connecting it to an electric socket.

Connecting the earbuds to a mobile device
- Open the charging case, both earbuds will power on and enter pairing mode and the LED light will flash red and white alternately.
- Search Bluetooth name 'NexiGo-TWS-V1' and select it in your mobile device setting.

Usage Tips
- Please use the standard 5V DC charger or DC supply source to charge the Bluetooth headset;
- Please recharge the earbuds if you have not used it for over 3 months;
- Please use and drain the earbuds battery for the first time, which can enhance the battery life;
- Please do not place the earbuds next to flammable and explosive items when charging it;
- Please keep the Bluetooth earbuds away from water sources and fire sources, and avoid long exposure to the sun and places where the temperature is too high;
- In the case that the earbuds are used for a long time. When charging, the red charging indicator can be delayed for several seconds, which will not affect normal use;
- When the earbuds are not connected with any device, it will automatically shut down in 10 minutes and enter the energy-saving mode;
- When using the earbuds, it is recommended that the volume is turned up to about 80% for three hours so that the sound quality of the loudspeaker will be better after 2 to 3 times.
- This product is a non-professional waterproof grade, pleas pay attention to waterproof in use.

Q1. Why can't I find my earbuds in Bluetooth Setting?
- Clear all the Bluetooth pairing data stored on the mobile phone, then turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone again and search for the device;
- Restart the earbuds;
- Restore factory settings.
Q2. Why is my earbuds only play sound on one side?
- Please check whether both earbuds have enough power;
- Please check whether both earbuds are turned on;

Q3. Why does my earbuds stuck or disconnected while talking or listening to music?
- The power of the earbuds is insufficient;
- The distance between the mobile phone and the Bluetooth earbuds is more than 10 meters;
- There is a large area of signal blocking objects between the mobile phone and the Bluetooth earbuds, such as a wall;
- The pairing of the left and right ears is not synchronized. It is recommended that the left and right earbuds be paired and connected again after shutdown.
Q4. Why does the noise reduction effect of the earbuds not ideal?
The noise reduction function is very effective in the low-frequency range, such as in an airplane, train, or office (near the air conditioner, etc.), but has no obvious effect on higher frequencies, such as human voice. Please choose an earplug suitable for the size of your ear hole to bring a good noise reduction experience.
Q5. Why does my earbuds not hold a charge when put in the charging case?
- Please check whether the charging case has electricity;
- Please check if there have any foreign objects sucked into the charging contact of the earbuds, causing the charging hole to be blocked?
Q6. How to restore factory settings?
When the earbuds are off, press and hold the left and right ear function keys for 10s and the dual lights flash once at the same time, and the left and right ear restore to the factory settings.
Put the left and right earbud into the charging case to charge and activate, and ther take out the left and right earbuds, the earbuds will automatically turn on, and automatically complete the team, then the mobile phone can search for the device.
