Solution
Plug in and switch on the
garment steamer at the
mains power supply.
Fill the water to at least
the min. fill mark and not
beyond the max. fill mark.
Plug in the garment steamer
at the mains power supply
and allow it to preheat
sufficiently. This should take
approx. 45 seconds.
Press the steam button
to activate steam.
Make sure that the water
tank is securely pushed
into place.
Refill the water tank to
the max. fill level.
