I recently received a charger for my dog collar but it will not charge. I cannot find instructions for charging in the information the installer left me or online. This will be the first time I have tried to charge it.

To charge the Dog Guard RT-2 collar, plug the receiver into the charger. While charging, the LED will slowly flash orange.
