- Page 3 Fountain Assembly Place the Fountain on a smooth and level surface. Turn the Back Cover counter- clockwise and remove it from the Fountain. Pull the vinyl tubing and two (2) LED light cords through the opening. Connect the vinyl tubing to the Submersible Pump. (step 1 in the diagram).
