What's Needed...
You will need the following items to properly fit
your device:
A timer that counts seconds
Mirror (recommended)

Practice First: Practice inserting the device in your mouth before boiling to ensure correct orientation and placement on the teeth.

The Size 1 strap that is pre-assembled on the Size 1: Minimum advancement mouthpiece provides the minimum jaw advancement and Size 2: Advances jaw +2 mm prevents the jaw from falling back while you sleep.
