Most online video calling apps like Zoom/Skype/FaceTime will decrease the video resolution to 720p or even lower for stable connection or ess consumption in server bandwidth, which may make the video blurry. In most situations, this issue is caused by the flicker of the lamp in your room. For example, if you are using the Windows Camera, go to Settings - Video settings, change the Flicker reduction option. In most places of the USA, you should set it to 60Hz for better effect.
