Troubleshooting Your device cannot be turned on The battery power is used up. Please fully charge your device. Your device can not access to the internet via WiFi Check whether your device can receive any Wi-Fi signal. Check whether the wireless router supports DHCP. If not, please configure a static IP address. - Page 12 The device can not receive any network signal, or the received signal is too weak Signal interference may exist nearby; please move to an open area before use. Please contact your network operator and confirm that your location has signal. Can not make or answer calls, send or receive messages when the device us under normal operating conditions.
