    Keep all labels fixed to the product in good condition; do not tamper with them. 2. Description of the display unit The Virna showcase is designed for displaying and selling ice cream products. It can reach temperatures not less than -18°C/-20°C in the refrigerated zone.

    DESCRIPTION Defrost occurs automatically, at programmed intervals. Defrost is by cycle inversion: the consequent temperature increase dissolves the present frost inside the showcase and the resulting water flows through the drainpipes. The machine in all its configurations is equipped with an electronic control that manages the system, the automatic defrosting cycle (if present), the anti-condensation heating elements and the lights.
  • Page 12 DESCRIPTION The inner tub (3) contains the tub or the pans for the exposure of the products and the air flux conveyor. They are made with AISI304 stainless steel. For details, refer to the technical drawings. The Glass frame (4) protects the products while displaying it to the costumers. The front glass is heated stratified opening glass downward, the sides are heated camera glass and the roof is stratified glass and is heated glass in some models.
