I cannot get the speed tracking to work at all. I have tried everything I can and have followed the extremely vague instructions provided by the manual. What do I need to do to get this camera to record my vehicle's speed on the videos?!

  • Page 8 INSTALLING THE CAMERAS Mounting The Roadcam AI 1. Remove the protective film from the display screen. 2. Power up the camera.
  • Page 9 3. Calibration mode will engage upon initial use. To access it manually, please pause recording, go to Menu > Driver Assistance > Recalibrate AI. 4. Hold the camera against your windshield. Align the GREEN LINE (vertical) with the center of your vehicle to find the optimal mounting position.
  • Page 10 5. Apply the adhesive film to the selected location, then attach the camera to its center. Windshield 6. Adjust the camera lens angle, aligning the RED LINE (horizontal) with the horizon. Make sure your vehicle is parked on a level surface for proper alignment. Once you’re finished, click to exit calibration mode.
  • Page 11 7. Route the power cable through the headliner and pillars inside your vehicle. To ensure it doesn’t obstruct the driver’s view, we recommend passing it through the passenger side. You may use the cable clips included to prevent the cable from dangling. Adjust the cabin camera to get the best view of the interior.
  • Page 12 Connecting The Rear Camera 8. Plug the metal pin end of the rear camera extension cable into the AV-IN port on the Roadcam AI. 9. Connect the extension cable to the rear camera. Make sure the 4-pin connectors are securely connected.

Route and hide the power cable in your vehicle. Parking Monitor Mode To access parking monitor mode, a hardwiring cable (sold separately) is required.

NOTES: After the initial sync, the APP remembers your camera’s network so that you can simply click “Join” to reconnect next time. The camera connects to only one device at a time. If it was previously connected to another device, make sure that device is either out of range or has WiFi turned off.
  • Page 36 ADDITIONAL FEATURES Automatic ON / OFF When the camera is connected to the vehicle’s power, it will power on and start recording when the vehicle engine starts. When the engine is off, the camera will stop recording and power off automatically.
