- Page 4 Saunders Bed Before you start Number of people required to assemble Thank you for purchasing this Saunders Bed. Two people to assemble the product and two people to lift in to position. Please read these instructions fully prior to assembly to familiarise yourself with the various stages of construction.

- Page 6 Saunders Bed 1. Lay the Headboard (A) on its back and attach Wooden Legs (E) to each side and tighten with Allen Key (N). 2. Attach Wooden Legs (E) to Footboard (B) and tighten all Bolts with Allen Key (N).

Loosen the pre-installed bolts on the Headboard (A) by 10mm and then hook the metal plates of the Side Rails (C and D) over the bolts, ensuring the Washer and Spring Washer are positioned as shown in the diagram. Return Headboard (A) to an upright position, resting the Side Rails on the floor.
- Page 8 Saunders Bed 4. Loosen the pre-installed bolts on the Footboard (B) by 10mm and whilst tilting the Headboard (A) slightly inwards, hook the metal plates of the Side Rails (C and D) over the bolts, ensuring the Washer and Spring Washer are positioned as shown in the diagram.

- Page 11 Saunders Bed 7. Turn the metal slat frame upward and carefully lower it into the bed. Ensure the frame rests on the side rails and align the holes in the slat frame with those in the side rails. Secure the slat frame to the side rails by threading Bolts (K) and Washers (I) through the corresponding holes into the Nuts (L).
