  • Page 45 2. Returning Parts for Repair If it is necessary to return the faulty units to Commell, please send the boards only, without accessories (manual, cables etc.), and remove any un-necessary components from the card, such as CPUs, RAM or flash disk.
  • Page 46 5. Repair Time for Large Quantities Up to 49 pieces, Commell will finish the repair within 14 working days. Over 50 pieces, Commell will inform customers before the faulty units are shipped back by case.
