PROBLEM
My caller cannot hear me clearly.
Possible Cause Remedy
Headset cable not Check connections to your headset, Ethernet and power
plugged in correctly sockets. Ensure that the power indicator is lit solid green.
Mute active Your voice is muted if the mute button indicator is lit red.
Press the button to un-mute allowing your caller to hear
you.

Disconnect your IP40 from the Ethernet socket and/or AC/DC power adapter and clean it
with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use solvents or other cleaners. Allow the adapter to
dry completely before reconnecting.
