Cleaning the Wastewater Tank 1. Turn off the appliance and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet. 2. Detach the wastewater tank from the appliance as indicated by the arrow in the figure below. Note: To avoid overflowing, do not tilt or shake the wastewater tank while moving it.

Remove the top cover of the wastewater tank, tilt the tank, and pour out the sewage. Clean the wastewater tank body, top cover, and sealing ring.
