  • Page 21 Using This Product Initial Step This is your first experience with this router, as such we try to get you connected. To use a 4G cellular internet connection you must have a subscription with a telecommunication provider. For most subscriptions, there is a maximum data limit per month. It is important that this cellular data amount is enough to support the functions that you wish to use on the Router.
  • Page 22 Power Up Check whether power cable and antennas are connected, then power up your Router for the magic to start… LEDs will turn on and off in a self-test routine, please wait till the power LED is ON and the LED indicating the SIM is fixed ON, don’t mind the color for now.
  • Page 23 Login Login with your personalized password under the admin account. With the correct information in place, a new landing page will open. If yourinserted SIM card is immediately recognized, your Router will be connected to a mobile network with maximum available strength. Mobile network connection If your router is not immediately connected to a mobile carrier, maybe the SIM card is PIN locked, please unlock the SIM card by selecting SIM settings (see next step) The SIM settings view will open.
  • Page 24 In case that the router is not connected to the network, check with your mobile network provider for the APN. In the same menu under network and SIM settings left upper area you see the APN settings. If you click that area you will see a new view opening for APN settings. By default the APN settings are set to automatically detect and follow the cellular network provider.
  • Page 25 WWAN On the landing page there is also soft key for WWAN hotspot (indicating an antenna). This feature will look for Wi-Fi networks close to you and will give the following view: Enable the Wi-Fi WAN Setting status, apply your changes and wait for a reboot of the system. Once done, tap the scan key to scan for Wi-Fi networks close to you, select the network to which you would like to connect and use the Password to finalise the conneciton The Router will remember the last selected network and password when you switch the router OFF.
  • Page 26 Router Management Within this view it is possible to reboot the system on the bottom with the “Reboot” soft key. This will take a few minutes and reboots the router but still keep the original devices connected and the credentials to log in. The other soft key is ”Factory Reset”.
  • Page 27 Wi-Fi 2.4GHz and Wi-Fi 5.0GHZ This is the Wi-Fi network the router emits for the classic devices that can connect over Wi-Fi technology. The ‘Wi-Fi Status’ setting offers the possibility to disable the network to broadcast. If you are connected to this network (check SSID in your Wi-Fi settings of your device) you will be disconnected from the router immediately and need to connect with the other network (name and or password) once you push the ‘apply’...

These networks can be shared with their own network name and private password. These networks also generate a QR code to share them easily with people closeby. You can control when it is broadcasted or when it is stopped.

Port Forwarding Port forwarding allows you to communicate with devices behind a router (or firewall) by instructing the router to forward traffic on certain ports to specific IP address on its LAN.
