This is why they are particularly adapted for narrow and low passages as well as passages inside the firm.

The slope compensation (out of operation at delivery) and the bottom plate adjustable in height (optional) improve the driving comfort and the battery replacement mechanism the maintenance easiness.
  • Page 10 Stöcklin Logistik AG Technical description EFP 2000-DISC 2KI / 3KI AC 5.5 Hydraulic unit The hydraulic unit is composed of a serial electric motor, a high pressure pump and an oil tank. The electrovalve and a system of hydraulic pipes bring the hydraulic oil into both side initial raising cylinders located between the frame and the load part.

They are designed in such a way that, provided they are properly used, people is protected against any risk for life and health and as far as such a proper use allows People working with the Stöcklin truck or in charge of its use must be familiar with these instruc- tions for use.

In case of emergency, press- ing the switch switches off the current supply and the truck is stopped by the electromagnetic brake.

The speed is then controlled by the rotation angle. In order to brake the truck, the blade switch is turned to the opposite direction of motion.

  • Page 16 Stöcklin Logistik AG Operation EFP 2000-DISC 2KI / 3KI AC 8.4 Using pallet trucks in MultiDisc-area Empty MultiDisc-stations must not be entered using a pallet truck without disc support, as the sta- tion may be damaged by the built-on structure. Exception: Displacement of the MultiDisc-station using the special transport device.

First approach the load to pick up carefully and as exactly as possible. Adjust the load handling device to the correct height, drive into the pallet to be picked up until it touches the back of the rocker lever.
  • Page 18 Stöcklin Logistik AG Operation EFP 2000-DISC 2KI / 3KI AC 8.7 Loading and unloading the MultiDisc-Station The print-roll-boxes must enter the MultiDisc-Station only in a forward direction (clamping with beam). When loading and unloading the MultiDisc-Station with the forklift truck it is essential to observe the release signals of the MultiDisc-Station to avoid serious damage to the MultiDisc-Station.

Lower the load slowly until it rests on the floor and the loading device is free. Leave carefully the pallet/ print- roll-boxes.

The electrolyte (dilute sulphuric acid) is caustic.
