- Page 5 Before you inject, ask your healthcare professional to show you how to use your auto-injector. Your healthcare professional should make sure you can use your auto-injector correctly. The auto-injector is not intended to deliver a portion of the full 40 mg dose and must not be used in children who require <40 mg dose.
