Uncrate your SCREEN PRINTER and check for any obvious damage, which may have occurred in transit. If damage is discovered, report this immediately to the forwarder. APM is not responsible for damage to equipment, which has occurred in transit. 1.4 Press the green power button on control panel, machine will reset automatically. Please check if there is any alarm information on the touch screen, if yes, please solve then press " Reset" button to manual reset. Install fixtures, adjust the fixtures position well. 1.5 Make sure the loading is smooth, bottles no shaking while loading.

In these cases a pre-treating is necessary, because most of the used materials (such as PE, PP material) are non-polar, and the adhesion of ink is not good.

Power off: To turn off power supply, please press and hold this button 2 seconds. NPNP OFF: No product no print OFF. Product choose: For save and read product parameters. Figure B3: Print Setting There are 3 parts with 3 printing heads setting, you can turn on/off each color separately. Squeegee jog: manual squeegee up/down Pusher open: Manual open the fixture pushing part so that you can put product in or take out. It is mainly for adjusting machine.

Figure B4: LED curing LED power On/Off 1#LED OFF/ON ,2#LED OFF/ON 3# LED OFF/ON: The LED installed on machine total with 3 group and 6pcs chips, 1# is the group most inside. LED jog : manual turn on/off LED means the 1# color drying time from 650° to 900°, drying 2 cycles. Moving axis(mm): the current shuttle position.

Load, unload cylinders moving parameter Press the pink button to jog the parts while adjusting or checking machine. In Auto mode, all cylinders will move according to correct procedure. Adjust On/Off time, make all cylinders' movement more coordinate. Flame shuttle right speed: the product transfer speed under flame unit. Flame shuttle left speed: the product transfer return speed under flame unit.

You can set every axis separately. Please reset machine after you jog each axis. Do not jog while machine is printing. JOG speed: each axis jog speed. Home position deviate: adjust the axis home position, bigger number means move rightward or clockwise. ACC: accelerated speed.

You can save 100 group parameters in this touch screen system: speed, printing setting, LED setting, home position deviate. 0-99 is the number of each product, behind this is the product name you set. Input your product number, name (please do not set the same number for different products, otherwise the new one will cover the old one), then press "Save"...

Figure B9: Alarm Code There are normal alarm and servo alarm. Pressure alarm: make sure there is 5-7kgs air pressure. LED overheat: LED temperature is high, please check if exhaust fan stuck, if cooling water pump is working LED water level alarm: LED cooling water tank water level is low, please add more clean water. Normally 2/3 or 3/4 tank.
