Gewährleistung
• Das Gerät hat eine Gewährleistungsfrist von
zwei Jahren ab Kaufdatum, dass durch die
Rechnung nachgewiesen werden muss.
• Die Gewährleistung deckt den Ersatz oder
die kostenlose Reparatur von Mängeln an
Gerätteilen infolge von Herstellungsfehlern
ab.
• Von der Gewährleistung ausgenommen sind
Teile, deren Mängel auf Nachlässigkeit oder
unachtsame Verwendung (Nichtbefolgung
der Bedienungsanleitung des Produktes),
unsachgemäße Einrichtung oder Instand-
haltung, von nicht autorisierten Personen
durchgeführte Instandhaltung, Transport-
schäden oder andere Umstände, die nicht
aus Fertigungsfehlern entstanden sind,
zurückzuführen sind. Ebenfalls von der
Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen sind damit
zusammenhängende Maßnahmen wie die
Inbetriebnahme und der Anschluss an das
Stromnetz.
• Die Gewährleistung schließt auch alle Fälle
von unsachgemäßer Verwendung der Wärme-
decke, insbesondere bei nicht-häuslicher
Nutzung, aus.
• Der Hersteller schließt jegliche Haftung für
Schäden aus, die durch Nichteinhaltung der
in der zugehörigen Bedienungsanleitung
beschriebenen Hinweise, insbesondere der
Warnhinweise in Bezug auf Inbetriebnahme,
Verwendung und Wartung der Wärmedecke,
direkt oder indirekt an Menschen, Gegen-
ständen oder Haustieren entstehen.

Warranty
• The appliance is guaranteed for a period
of two years from the date of purchase
as proven by the receipt.
• The warranty covers the replacement or
free repair of parts components of the
appliance that are faulty due to manu-
facturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover any parts that
are found to be faulty due to negligence
or careless use (failure to follow the in-
structions for the operation of the product),
incorrect installation or maintenance,
maintenance performed by unauthorised
persons, transport damage or circumstances
that cannot be traced to manufacturing
defects in the appliance. Related inter-
ventions also excluded from the warranty
include installation and connection to
power systems.
• The warranty is also excluded in all cases of
improper use of the electric blanket and in
particular in the case of non-domestic use.
• The manufacturer declines all responsibility
for any damage that may derive directly
or indirectly from people, objects and
domestic animals as a result of failure to
comply with all requirements indicated in
the appropriate manual and concerning,
in particular, the warnings in terms of
installation, use and maintenance of the
electric blanket.
