Operation Instruction
1. Press the button to turn the light on full power.
2. The button again will change the light to low power.
Charging a device with the Powerbank function
1. Plug the USB cable into the charging port of the device to be charged.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into the large USB outlet beneath the rubber cover on the back of the light.
3. Charging will commence as soon as the USB lead is connected. Check that the light is switched off to ensure that the
recharge time is kept to a minimum.
4. Once the attached device is fully charged, disconnect the charging lead to conserve the remaining battery power stored in
the light.
NOTE: The light can be used to recharge any device that has been supplied with a USB charging lead by it manufacturer.
Jefferson Tools cannot be held responsible for any damage or accidents caused to any device that is charged using the light as a
power source. Some mobile device's charging leads can contain authentication chips to prevent the use of a third party charger
with the product.
Battery Recharging
The Light must be fully charged for a minimum of 2.5hrs before using for the first time before being used, this ensures the battery
gives its best performance now and on future recharging cycles. The power supply is for recharging battery only, it cannot be
used to directly power the light. Failure to recharge the light every 3 months may permanently damage or reduce the performance
of the light. The battery charge does not have to fully depleted before recharging.
Using the charging Lead
1. Plug the USB charger lead into the micro USB charging socket under the rubber cover on the back of the light.
2. Plug the other end of the lead into and USB charging outlet. While on charge, The charging indicator LED will flash green.
All four LEDs will turn green when the battery is fully charged (approx 3hrs).
NOTE: For best performance Li-one batteries should not be stored for prolonged periods without being charged at regular
intervals. It is recommended to keep the battery in a state of charge of 40-50% when placing in storage. If in doubt, keep the light
in a higher charge state in a cool place. Self discharge rate is approx 10% per month.
