10 Port Manageable GigaBit Ethernet Switch with 2 10GBit SFP+
The MAXBES is a 10 Port manageable Gigabit Ethernet Switch with 2 10GBit SFP+ ports.
Due to its modular design, the MAXBES offers a wide band of possible port configurations:
2 x 10GBit SFP+
Up to 8 x Triple speed Copper Ethernet ports.
Up to 4 x 1GBit SFP Slots.
Variants available in 2 different standard housings, one rugged / railway housing and one open frame.
The robust design, low power consumption and the various mechanical configurations makes the MAGBES
ideally suited for industrial applications.
Besides manageable Features such as Quality of Service, Port Based VLAN, and IEEE 802.1Q VLAN, the
MAXBES also supports Rapid Spanning Tree IEEE 802.1D 2004 and allows to use redundant Ethernet
connections without introducing Network loops.

The MAXBES supports Jumbo Frames up to 10kBytes

  • Page 23 5.5 External LED Panel Connector To avoid extensive wiring by using discrete LED signals, these signals are serialized on the MAXBES. The LED Panel (SERLED) will de-serialize the signals and drive the LEDs. Two buttons (Reset and Default) are also implemented on the Panel.

This is the reason, why the LEDs of the RJ45 connectors are not connected. One indicator area is on-board and another one is on the LED Panel (SERLED), if used.
