Intended use The implements should only be mounted on tractors as specified on the cover sheet. The front linkage is used to accommodate small to medium sized implements, such as snow blades, sweepers, etc.

  • Page 8 Installation Position the front linkage correctly relative to the tractor. front Fig. 2: Position of the front linkage From below, slide the front linkage over the tractor flame. Bolt the front linkage to the tractor frame on both sides with the provided bolts. Fig.

Fig. 11: Hose guide right cylinder Now screw the top link holder and the towing eye (with the help of the adapter plate) to the front frame.
  • Page 13 Installation Mounting the lift arms The lift arms, the coupling support, and the upper link must always be removed for opera- tion with front loader, regardless of whether you are using an engine PTO shaft or a PTO drive shaft.   • Page 17 Installation Pressure accumulator Mount the pressure accumulator + retaining bracket as shown on the Fig. and connect hy- draulically with the T-piece in front of the throttle.   • Page 18 Installation For tractors without front protective grille, the support plate is fastened and the hydraulic couplings are mounted as shown in the Fig. (2x angle bracket threaded unions are dis- pensed with) For tractors with front protective grille the support plate is dispensed with, the hydraulic couplings are mounted on the insertion points in the front protective grille.
  • Page 19 Operation Operation Attention! Before starting up the implement, read the instructions on safety and han- dling for operation of the entire implement and connection to the tractor. Coupling triangle Attention! Incorrect installation oft the coupling triangle has the risk that the upper handlebar can push in the hood.

  • Page 21 Operation Coupling and uncoupling implements  Note! Comply with the axle loads specified by the tractor manufacturer Drive the tractor forward in front of the implement. Lower the front linkage hydraulically. Drive slowly toward the implement until the coupling triangle of the tractor is under the coupling triangle of the implement.
