Step three:
The pedals must be tightened so that the bolt is not visible. Use the Allen wrench to
tighten the pedals onto the main unit. It is easiest to attach the pedals if they are lying
upside down, flat on the floor, toward the front of the unit. If attached in this manner, you
do not need to hold onto the pedal while tightening the bolt. Remove the metal clip from
the pedal before the final tightening of the pedal and make sure the washers are aligned
as you finish tightening.
ATTENTION: REMOVE THE METAL CLIP BEFORE FINAL TIGHTENING AND MAKE
SURE THE WASHERS STAY ALIGNED AS YOU FINISH TIGHTENING.
Next, find the remote control located in the upper part of the machine, 2 x AAA batteries
are required, look for the lid compartment in the handle of the remote control, batteries
are not included.

How to Operate:
Connect the power adapter to the unit and plug into an
outlet
The power adapter works with a 1 00V to 240V power
source.
The remote has 3 speeds as well as the ability to change
the direction (forward/backward) and Off.
Place your feet onto the pedals of the Ellipse, select your
desired speed level using the remote control, sit back
and relax.
You can choose to pedal backwards by clicking the
Direction Change button on the remote.
Make sure you are seated in a manner that allows you to
pedal comfortably and without interference from
surrounding objects. You must be able to easily
dismount the Ellipse without tripping over any other
furniture
During operation, the Ellipse will count each rotation of the foot plates, once you reach
9,999 steps, the unit will stop automatically. You can reset the Ellipse counter by
choosing a speed, and pedaling. The step counter will reset to zero and begin
counting again.

If the pedals on the LEGXERCISE ELLIPSE ONE do not move when a speed is pressed, it may be because the unit has reached 9,999 steps and stopped automatically. To reset the step counter and resume operation, select a speed and begin pedaling manually. This will reset the counter to zero and restart movement.

The LEGXERCISE ELLIPSE ONE tracks steps using a built-in step counter. The counter works during manual pedaling in the forward direction. Once you reach 9,999 steps, the unit stops automatically. To reset the step counter, choose a speed and begin pedaling again, which resets the counter to zero. The step counter display turns off when you stop pedaling. It does not track miles.
