Making long distance calls:
★ Voicemail password must
first be set by dialing *99
before using PIN code.
• If long distance is enabled,
your pin number is the same
as your voicemail password.
• Dial long distance number.
When prompted to dial access
code dial voicemail pin code.
To begin 3-party conference:
• While in conversation
press (Conf) key or
Conference soft key.
• Dial the other party.
• Press (Conf) key or
Conference soft key again.
Answer a phone in your
group:
• Dial *73 while the phone is
ringing.
Change ringtone:
• Press ✔ (Menu).
• Press 3 (Preferences).
• Press 3 (Sound Settings).
• Select Default Ringtone
• Press Change.
• Select new ringtone.
• Press Submit to apply.

To record site greetings
:
★ Only from designated
extensions.
• Dial *52.
• Enter the 3-digit prompt
number. Example:
700: Day Greeting
701: Spanish Greeting
705: Night Greeting
• Press 1 to listen to the current
prompt.
• Press 2 to record the new
prompt then press # when done
recording.

To set up voicemail or change
greetings, recorded name, or
password:
• Dial *99 to access voicemail.
• Follow the audio prompts or refer
to the Voicemail Menu guide (next
page).
★ Default password is the same
as your 4 digit extension
number.
★ New passwords must be
different than 4-digit extension
number.
★ To have password reset; call
702-799-3300 and follow options
for "telephones" or email
"vmhelp@nv.ccsd.net" and
please include your site name,
site code, and extension number.
Please note: Location information
is set for each phone for use with 911.
