- Page 3 TWO AAA BATTERIES 3. Remove the battery cover from the computer and install two batteries. If batteries come pre-installed, remove one. Fig. 3 4. Insert the final battery while pressing and holding any of the four buttons on the front of the computer. The display will show the maintenance screen.
- Page 4 7. To pair automatically, press the Mode button( ) The 4-digit alpha-numeric code should match the code on the side of the cadence transmitter and the back of the computer. Tech Tip: If needed, a manual pairing can be done by pressing and holding the Mode button ( ) until the first digits of the 4 digit code (0000) flash.

Install the RPM sensor 740-8465 battery side out into the foam mounting block 740-8461, then 740-8465 remove the backing from the double-sided tape 740-8780 and secure at the bottom of the block 740-8480 as shown. 740-8461 Fig. 10 15.
