Page 4 The HST4 pneumatic control system is designed specifically for ease of operation and guaranteed cable centering for optimal speed measurement which consists of five parts: HST4-SL height stand, HST4 VX50 Laser Guard, Pneumatic Control Panel, HST4 VX50 Roller Set and HST4-SL X Roller Support.
Page 5 HST4-SL HST4-SL is a single column combined height adjust and SL Gauge mounting stand. The single column stand also includes guide roller mounting options and laser guard fitting capability. The HST4-X Roller Support The HST4-X Roller Support is a double support stand designed specifically to hold various roller configurations.
Page 6 HST4 VX50 Roller The HST4 VX50 is a very special guide roller designed to ensure that the cable position is always perfectly aligned with the optimum height for the SL i4 or SLmini i4 Speed and Length Gauge. The upper rollers of this assembly are fixed at the correct height for the standoff distance of the gauge.
Page 7 HST4 VX50 Laser Guard The HST4-SL VX50 Laser Guard is designed to fully shield the possible reflections and direct viewing of the laser beam which is emitted from the SL Gauge. The Laser Guard comes with a safety switch so that when the Guard cover is lifted the laser beam is automatically shut off.
