Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard
Instructions
Use the Synapptic full-sized wireless Bluetooth Keyboard to
type text and numbers easily on a Synapptic phone or tablet,
and to fully operate the menus.
The keyboard can also be used with any other Bluetooth
compatible device, such as an iPhone, iPad, Android phone,
laptop or PC.
1. Inserting batteries
The battery compartment can be found on the back of the
keyboard, on the underside to where the F1 key is located.
Slide your fingernail under the catch and pull the small battery
cover off. Insert two AAA sized batteries, ensuring the positive
end of the batteries point towards where the F1 key is located.

- Page 2 2. Pairing the keyboard Keyboards purchased at the same time as a Synapptic phone or Synapptic tablet will be paired already so, if this is the case, please ignore this section of the instructions and proceed to section 3 below.

- Page 4 Type the displayed security number on the keyboard, then press the Enter key. (Note: When typing, nothing will be displayed on the screen). When successfully paired, the keyboard will be listed under the Paired Devices in Bluetooth settings. 3. Using the Keyboard Simply turn on the keyboard and start typing! The connection to the phone, tablet or other device will be remembered, and will be activated as soon as typing starts.
- Page 5 4. Top Tips for Synapptic phone and tablet users! ● If operating a Synapptic device with the keyboard and the keyguard screen displays, use the up and down arrow keys to highlight the main part of the screen - the voice will speak out ‘keyguard, swipe screen to unlock’.
