- Page 3 0.0 Preface This manual is addressed to all those who are responsible for use and maintenance this rounding machine so that they can make the most of the characteristics of the product. It is important that this manual is kept and follows the machine in all its possible transfers, including change of ownership, in order to be able to consult if necessary and therefore have the necessary information to operate safely.

- Page 6 3.0 CONTROL AND SAFETY DEVICES The machine is equipped with the following control and safety devices: 3.1 CONTROL DEVICES The machine is single-phase three-phase power depending on the model. - Page 7 4.0 USE Before starting each work cycle, make sure that the machine is perfectly clean, in particular, the contact surfaces of the cylinder and the screw, which must be treated with detergents compatible with food products and non-corrosive.
