- Page 3 03-06 Installation Manual Introduction The eSID 03-06 Gen3 (here referred to as “eSID”) works on Saab 9-3 2003-2006 and is the third generation of the eSID 03-06 for these cars, with the display (SID) near to the windscreen. This eSID version was made to simplify the installation procedure and is now installed behind the ICM unit and is typically done in less than 10 minutes without any cables cut or spliced.
