Glamorca Roller clean Max– instructions.
Roller clean is a filtering device that mechanically
removes impurities from the water, in order for it to
work properly, you should read carefully statement.
1. The roller consists of 2 main components:
a) the bottom cassette, which is inserted in place of the
filter sock,
b) top cassette with filter fleece.
2. In order for the machine to work properly, the water
level difference must not exceed 100mm (4)
3. There are water inlets on the left and right side of the
device, the device works properly no matter how it is
rotated.
4. To mount the device, install the adapter with the
milling facing upwards.
5. When inserted into the adapter, the lower cassette
should engage with the millings, sealing the connection.
6. On the side of the cassette there are 2 diagrams A and
B (5) of the non-woven fabric routing between the rollers,
depending on whether the motor is on the left or right
side.
7. Put the non-woven fabric on a handle with a diameter
of 16mm (2) and pass it between the rollers to the upper
roller with the motor (1).
8. After mounting the non-woven fabric on the cassette,
put the whole thing into the bottom cassette.
Attention! The non-woven fabric should be attached to
the roller with the motor with a sticker which is attached to
the new roll marked

fabric should be placed on a roll with engine, and after
turning the motor by a full turn, the non-woven fabric will
tighten on the motor.
The engine itself can be mounted on the left or

9. The next step is to connect the liquid level sensor
(yellow band), the motor (red band) and the power
supply to the controller. The controller should be
placed in a dry place with humidity below 50%.

controller. Before restarting, it is necessary to
diagnose what was the cause of the reboot.
The motor lock error is stored in the memory of the
controller, the cause may be:
- installation of non-original non-woven fabric,
- too much water flow,
- failure to install the roller in accordance with the
instructions or intended use,
- Too many slugs or other hard debris on the runoff.

Too many motor errors (red LED) can cause
damage to the motor or power output in the control
unit. After reading the number of errors, the service
decides whether the device was used for its
intended purpose and decides on the warranty
repair.
There is a MANUAL WORK button on the
controller, thanks to which we can rewind the roll of
non-woven fabric manually.
10. After the initial setting and commissioning of the
roller, leave it for a few hours and observe the dirt of
the non-woven fabric.
