Controls

FRONT OF THE MICROPHONE

TAP TO MUTE BUTTON

The top of the microphone features a tap to mute button. Simply tap this button to mute the microphone input. Simply tap the button again to unmute.

MAIN LED

The main LED light will turn on and cycle through colours when the microphone is plugged in. This main LED turns off when the microphone is muted, and back on when it is unmuted. A simple check is if there is no main LED the microphone is muted.

MUTE INDICATOR

The Mute indicator will be blue when unmuted and red when muted.

LED BUTTON

This button is to change the colour or turn off the main LED.

When the StreamX first powers on, the main LED will cycle through the colours. If you want to switch to a single colour or turn off the LED, please press the LED button. Each press will cycle to the next colour or off and then back to colour cycling.

MIC ON DESKTOP STAND

The desktop stand can be tightened or loosened by the screws on either side of the stand.

BEST ANGLE FOR PRODUCT

Please adjust the angle to suit and then tighten the screws.

HEADPHONE VOLUME -/+

The headphone volume controls the level of audio coming from your source device, such as a computer. This is how much of that audio you will be able to hear in the connected headphones. Turning clockwise will increase the volume and anticlockwise will reduce the volume.

MICROPHONE GAIN -/+

The Microphone Gain control allows you to adjust the sensitivity of the microphone. If you are further away from the mic, you can turn it up, and if you are closer, you can turn it down. Also, if you are in a noisy environment, you can turn this down. If the Microphone is causing feedback, then please turn the microphone gain down.

MONITOR VOLUME -/+

The monitor volume controls the level of your own voice, picked up by the microphone that you will hear in the connected headphones. This is for zero latency monitoring to allow you to adjust your levels.

To avoid feedback, please do not point your headphones at the microphone.

BOTTOM OF MICROPHONE

On the bottom of the microphone, are the 3.5mm headphone port and the USB C connection port.
